I waited ** mins for my Lyft ride in which I contacted my driver multiple times for a * minute wait. He did not move from his spot for ** minutes driver calmed there was traffic he was at a parking garage. We stated we will walk to him and he agreed, yet we did not see any traffic walking around. Once we got to him we watched him drive away and we tried to call him and he did not answer multiple times. He expressed that he only took * minutes to get to us. As an EMT for *** I have an injured ankle and I was okay walking to him yet he was unmagable and very rude. I was charged $** for not showing up yet I had spoken to him and he fully understood what was happening. My ride was ********** ride Armond Lexus ES *** LIC**BVT***.
