Well first I’d like to say I wrote * days ago and never received a response which is very rude, unacceptable, and very unprofessional!*Well... I purchased a lyft pass for *.** for *.** off for ** rides. It never applied to any of my rides I got and I’ve gotten over *** lyft since purchasing the pass which means I lost out on over $**.** for a service I paid for! If that was the case I would’ve never paid for the pass it feels as though I’ve been manipulated and scammed out of my money to purchase the pass! I’ve been a valued and loyal customer too your company but now I feel I am reaching my limit and feel pushed to the edge with your company from being cheated on my lyft pass, losing money, being ignored.. I’ve spent hundreds since and I’m honestly to the point where I feel I will take my money and my service elsewhere that is appreciated and not taken for granted. Going forward I believe I should get reimbursed my $**.** * my *.** paid and some promo codes for the inconvenience this has caused me due to your company negligence.
