Requested a lyft ******* @ *:**am pick up was extended stay america. Received notice driver was outside but on the map driver was no where near my hotel for pick up. I called and texted him and he would not respond. I intended to be at Rockville metro by *:**am. Grateful that the second driver that i had to request Alex was only * mins away. I was still late to the metro due to lack of communication and response from first driver whiched inconvenience me. I understand that when the driver is driving they do not answer texts or phone calls, however, when i get the notification that you're outside and my * minutes countdown has begun and i dont see you, and you are unresponsive to the communication that i am sending to let you know you are not at the right location, i now have a problem. It was an inconvenience to me. All rhe first driver had to do was answer to phone or respond to text. I was not notified that he was deaf or hard of hearinf nor was a notified that his enflish was limited. He could have responded and did not.

GetHuman-shantepe did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
