The issue in GetHuman-ollieday's own words
Called early **** to arrange a lyft at *pm ...followed instructions... driver called and said would be there in * min. I told him not what I wanted, need ride at *..he said he cant do it at *. I cancelled order. Then, close to *, another driver called and asked how far I'm going. I told him I had cancelled* He hung up on me and then I got a notice $** was charged. Please make sure *pm pick up is cancelled too, as I did...and please remove the $** charge.
