The issue in GetHuman-amayacen's own words
I requested a ride and canceled after ** seconds because the driver was too far. I was told I would not be charged for canceling the ride. The ride doesn’t show up in my ride history, and I have a pending fee being taken out of my bank. I did not take this ride and canceled right away, I would like my money back please.
GetHuman-amayacen did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
