Iwas sitting home watching TV when a Driver just called me and said I had a scheduled pick up. I told him I did not schedule a pickup. I asked if he was outside he said no that he wasby a dirt road. I live in a development bit ona diet road. No one was in front of my residence* He said he would canceled and then lyft charged me ** dollars. I expect this charge to be removed immediately. Contacted LYFT via email. They gave me a credit and an equal amount of additional credit of $** for the mistake. KUDOS LYFT
