I was charged $*.** because I canceled a ride. I canceled a ride with more then * minutes on it because my driver couldn’t find my address. He was taking longer then expected. However, due to the $*.** fee since I didn’t have enough funds in my account, my chase back account charged me an additional $**.** for an inefficient funds fee due to the $*.** you guys charged me. I shouldn’t have been charged the $*.** because it’s not my fault my driver didn’t know where he was going. This is so unfair, and you guys should now cover the $**.** inefficient fund fee in my bank account.
