My wife just registered Lift at LAX and got a code ******. She wanted to know how much it costs to go from LAX to Long Beach. A guy called but couldn’t answer our question and asked us to call customer service. While We were still looking for your customer service contact, A message was sent to us for No Show charge! That is absolutely ridiculous. Please return the *$ to my wife’s credit card ending ****. I had thought The Lyft App should give a rough estimation of price before a client decide to pick a car for service.
