I had requested a Lyft ride on September **, **** around with Jessica who drives a Red Toyota Prius. She was supposed to pick up a passenger whom I payed, for the ride. Before getting to the pick up station I call her to inform her that I was going to guide her to my direction because the GPS sends her to the wrong address. She had answer me very rudely and said she was driving around and she had another passager. I said well. Where you at. She responded around Chevron. I said well if you turn right as if your going towards freeway ** it's less than a minute . She then said well, I been driving around and I have another passager I am not picking you up. Sorry bye! Unfortunately I'd have her plate number but I sure have a history of the call she made and her phone number ************. I do hope I don't get charged and if I do i hope to get my refund. Because even if she was in the stop place. I called her to pick me up because she was not in the place and she refuse to go today's where I directed her.
