Last night I used Lyft for my second time. It was the worst experience. I called Lyft at **:** and the ETA was **min. Well they didn't show up until **:** or **:**. I had to call them to find out where they were. Mind you, I was waiting outside at night which is not to safe. I got my email that said be ready so I went outside. Because I know they will still charge you and leave you if you are not on time. Also, I had no access to going back inside the house. It was not my house, owners were gone and I locked the door behind me. After calling to find out the status I found out that Janika (driver) did not know how to get to me. It wasn't showing up on the map or they didn't know how to read the map. She was asking me how to get to where I was (*** Arch St). I was not from Norristown so I could not help her. Finally after a half hour, she arrived with two other riders who did not know how to find there house. We spent ** mins trying to find *** E. Elm St. This was very stressful and delayed me from what I had to do. It got so bad that I wanted and really needed to call for another Lyft, but you guys had already taken my money. I realize that this was Janika's first night. She was great. And very patient with the two lost riders. She tried her best to work with them and find their house. This was not her fault, but I still paid for a unsatisfied ride. I decided to use Lyft for reliability, quickness, timing, and assurance. This was not the case for this ride. I am requesting a refund of $**.** for my inconvenience. **Thank you*Andrea
