I have already written * emails and have received NO help whatsoever. LYFT customer service is horrible and I wish my friend had NEVER purchased TWO, of which I only received ONE, LYFT gifts!!! This is no acceptable AT all and I am furious at this point but no one seems to care that I had to walk * miles in the *** degree Vegas heat yesterday to get home from my Oncologist appointment, yes I have colon cancer, because the LYFT app would not accept my free credits so I could get a ride. Everyone told me not to change from UBER but my friend uses LYFT , when it's an absolute emergency, and that's why I downloaded the app to redeem the gift cards she sent me. Her account was charged for $**, * $** each cards of which I only received ONE and redeemed it for my ride TO the doctor for a charge of $** something then I added a $* tip which was charged to my credit card. Now I just waited on hold for ** minutes and when an agent came on the line I got out one sentence from my mouth and the call dropped. Are you kidding me?!? IS THIS REALLY happening??? No wonder everyone I know uses UBER. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I don't want a freaking email reply... I WANT to talk to a human being. DOES LYFT have any of those?*Lisa Bellard****-***-****
