*. First Lyft this a.m. never showed. Second Lyft showed up, but (en route) my phone asked if I wanted to cancel the trip. Thinking this referred to the original trip (since I was on the current trip), I said yes. The driver pulled over in the middle of nowhere aand told me I had cancelled this trip, and ordered me out of his car. I tried to order another Lyft, but it would only go to my home, and I was miles from there. I ended up taking a Yellow cab, and arriving at my destination (the Chamber of Commerce) an hour late. Lyft is trying to charge me for three rides I never got! And I had to pay for a cab!**I want all charges cancelled and a $** credit.
