Hello, I took a Lyft a couple hours ago coming back from whole foods in gowanus which I agreed to pay * dollars and change for. I just opened my phone to find that I’ve been charged almost ** bucks. Now my driver did go the wrong way that still has nothing to do with me since my home address has always been the same. And I’ve not had this problem before. The address was clear, when I entered the car the driver repeated the address to me , however an * minute drive turned into ** minutes. I would like my full refund for money taken that was unauthorized also for my time being wasted. Please update your systems. It should not change half through the correct route...to then drive * miles away from my destination. This was really inconvenient. Thank you.
