I hope your day is going well. I have been requesting lyft's to the VA hospital in Manhattan. The address is *** E **rd Street. Every time the driver goes to **th Street. I call the drivers and they say there is something in the system that tells them to go there. The address clearly says E **rd. One driver on Sept. **th never answered the phone (I called over * times) and he text me saying he was there (there is a picture of the chat attached below). I told him the entrance was on **rd and he canceled the ride. He was very rude. Today, I requested a lyft to the same address and called the driver immediately. I told him that the entrance was on **rd (there is a ramp that goes to the entrance) and he sat on **th and then canceled. I recieved an email stating I was charged for a cancelation fee even though I didn't cancel the ride and the driver said he was coming around. Then I tried to request another lyft and I again called the driver and told him the same thing (the entrance is on **rd) and he was coming around. Then the request got canceled again when he was right by the hospital on *st Avenue. I got transferred to a new driver all the way on **st street. I waited * minutes to see if the driver would move from his spot and he didn't. I went to cancel the ride and was informed I would be charged again. My mom is a disabled woman who cannot walk to **th street from the hospital. I don't understand why I've been charged twice and she has been waiting for cabs for over ** minutes. Please help me rectify this.
