We were where our app told us to go, waited ** minutes and then our Lyft driver went further down the street then he was supposed to and when we crossed the street he left. We were two girls waiting alone at night in the middle of downtown SF. I called the drive and he was extremely rude and unhelpful his name was Obaid *CJB*** in a Nissan Altima. I joined Lyft today and can guarantee I will never use it again after this awful service. He canceled my ride which will result in a cancelation fee. I expect my full money back and reprimand for the driver, because he is clearly incapable of doing his job!
