The first assigned drivers for my last two rides tried desperately to get me to cancel.**I know my home is not in the most desirable ride location. But the ** reason I use ride share, more important than any other reason, is reliability. It had become impossible to reliably call for a cab or to even get one to agree to take us home.**On **** our first ride just drive away after being assigned. That was at least obvious, so I cancelled quickly and got another.**But this morning, even though I had left more than ** minutes extra time to arrive at our important destination, the ride I was assigned just SLOWLY CRAWLED AN INDIRECT ROUTE to our home. If your map was accurate, they were literally **-** seconds from us, but refused the direct turn, and then just CRAWLED. I eventually cancelled after *-* minutes.**By the time I could get a car from Uber, we didn't even get on the road until our appointment had started, and I had to turn the ride around.**This is also not the first few times this has happened. But it is unacceptable. I don't want a credit. I don't want a free Tee shirt. I want a reliable service.**We use Lyft *exclusively* because we feel Uber is not a good corporate citizen. But if your service remains unreliable we will use Uber.
