This is the second time that I’m emailing you about this because this is the second time I got charged for a “pending charge”. When I haven’t even taken a Lyft since July. So explain to me exactly why the **** I got charged $** on September ** and it got taken out of my account September **. Again this is the second time that I got charge for a ride I did not take and it got taken out of my account last time it was $**. You need to refund my money right now and explain to me why the **** my account keeps getting messed with because this is absolutely unacceptable. This is stealing money do understand that . So go ahead and look up the last time I had a Lyft and why I got charged **.** for absolutely nothing.
