I picked up a Lyft customer last night. I put her address in and things seemed fine until we made another stop. She had to pick up her child which she did and then we drove to her house. When I got there all of the information about the ride was gone No matter what I did I could not pull the screen back up to find the information She gave me $** cash and said I hope this covers it. I tried to call last night to find out what I should do there was a ** minute wait and she wanted to leave. What do I do in situations like this? I believe she may have canceled the ride after she got in the car which was the reason I could no longer find the information. I would appreciate it if you could figure out why that happened and is it possible that she canceled the ride after I picked her up. Thank you. **********
