On Saturday, September **, **** I called Lyft while I was in front of my building. Got the notification for the impending arrival. Never saw him and he never showed and then I got the report that he left and got the charge for *.** and I have the valet parker at my building to prove I never left. The next driver was perfect. When I wanted to return home I had walked three blocks to Publix and called after I finished shopping and was standing outside. Same problem. driver responded and never showed. Ended up calling again and got a very expensive ride and I told him I wasn't paying for it. He didn't speak English. I tipped in cash. I am cancelling my service and I am going to talk to my attorney about getting back the $*.** no show to leave home and **.** of the thirty something I got charged to go home. This is disgraceful. I am going to try Uber
