Lyft doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-sierrapr will need to dig through the advice provided by Lyft, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman-sierrapr can let us know if they help or not.

The issue in GetHuman-sierrapr's own words
I've been having problems with trying to set up my card on my Lyft account. I recently got a new debit card and tried to add it to my account so I could get a ride to work (I don't have a car so I kind of rely on using Lyft) but it's saying there is a problem with my zip code. While I was waiting for my new card to be mailed to me, I had a temporary card that I linked to my Lyft account with the same zip code and it worked perfectly fine. I called my bank and they tried to do what they could to fix it but there was no problem on their end so they couldn't do anything. I ended up being an hour late to work because Lyft wouldn't accept my debit card even though it's open and functioning because I've made purchases with it. My boyfriend tried to let me use his card (which also should've worked) but didn't because there was a "problem with the zip code." I've tried several times to link my card and Lyft account at different times and it still gives me the same response. I called my bank again today and when I tried to link it, it gave me the same problem but my bank said that it went through on their side so I'm not sure what the problem is. My card is working and I've used the zip code associated with my card (and double checked multiple times) and still nothing. I would like to be able to use your services and actually get to work. Please get back to me at your earliest convenience.
