I ordered Lyft ride Friday morning to take me to **** Flatbush Ave. A driver pulls up and I was surprised to see another passenger in the car. I said I didn't order a shared ride. Driver, who hardly spoke English said something about * seats. I get in the car and I notice we are headed towards the Belt Parkway. I told driver that I should be dropped off first since I am only going to Flatbush Ave, no response. I told him to let me out. Again, no response. I had to take ride to Bay Ridge because fellow passenger going there. I told driver that he had to take me back to Flatbush. He didn't have my destination address in his phone. And turns out he was an Uber driver not a Lyft driver. He called Uber but of course it was in Spanish...phone was on speaker. In the meantime my Lyft app says I was dropped off and charged $**.**. I was still in car with Uber driver. Lyft app said I updated my destination...not true. Obviously wrong guy picked me up. I was late for work to boot. What should have be a ** minute $*.** ride turned into nightmare. The Lyft driver who was supposed to pick me up was Zhijie. I was supposed to be picked up from **** East **rd stree sometime between **:** am and ** pm. This was unbelievable and would like a full refund!
