Tonight at * o’ Clock I was at the Golden Gate Bridge visitor center on the Marin side.**I got off to go to the bathroom at a not too ideal stop on the other side of the bridge, could’ve stopped sooner.**Ended up stranded at the bridge and decided to walk across because there probably was not another bus for a long time. **Had to request several different drivers for a ride from the visitor center to Corte Madera. **One kept calling, interrogating me about the pick up and where my destination was even though it was in the app programmed and acting like my pickup spot was my fault.**The next one did not even show up, he cancelled on me apparently or something else went wrong because yet another driver ended up on the itinerary.**Mind you, in the middle of this process, Lyft once again “upgraded” me from a **-minute wait for a ride to another ride that was ** minutes (that was the guy playing the victim card with me until I gave up on him.)**You guys actually required me to pay the cancellation fee for that frustration non-ride. **Well, got home, but had to pay a cab driver $**. He generously negotiated that as a flat rate and insisted that I not tip. **I know I’ve done this before and I will be more thoughtful about my pickup spots in the future, but to compensate for a very expensive cab ride for Lyft drivers not showing up and making the effort for me, I want Lyft to refund me not just for the rides but the $** that I had to pay on a Saturday evening just coming home from the city. **Please install this into my account. I can give you account information if necessary, but I want this money, you all have this money not me and you can easily pay it forward as a way of showing that you acknowledge my borderline traumatic experience for the upteenth time with Lyft. **This is very frustrating but I know Lyft can be better.**Thank you,**Michael
