The issue in GetHuman-knsimagi's own words
Today at *** PM I requested a Lyft from South Bend,indiana Airport to Elkhart,In for a price of $** and change. I was told the driver was ** mins away. After * mins the driver called and said that he must of passed me. He was on I-** westbound and now was ** mins away because he would have to go to next exit to turn around. I cancelled ride. I then requested an Uber. The driver was * mins away and the ride would only cost $** to Elkhart. When I got into Uber and told driver, he said that he drove for both Lyft & Uber and he showed me that there was * Lyft drivers waiting in Airport parking lot and he was never requested by Lyft to pick me up. SO! Why is Lyft $** higher price and why do I always have a ** minute plus wait for Lyft in South Bend area? I have been using Lyft **% of the time ...but now will compare price on every ride that I request. Also, the fact that I need to go thru all of this **** to have a dialogue with or to contact customer service, has me questioning Lyft's commitment to improving it's service. I will also see how long it takes for you to reply ( if at all). I am starting the clock.
