Help with my Lyft issue

My ride generated by the OKC VA was nabbed apparently by another Veteran, unbeknownst to me until I looked at the map of where the driver is and it claimed I was being dropped off. I called the Lyft driver, to which he hung up on me. I am still sitting in the offc waiting for a new ride generation with a map of the Lyft driver still supposedly dropping me off. *The associate cannot book me a new ride if old ride is supposedly dropping me off. If this process of you contacting me is a whole day or ** hrs. it does not actually help me. What would be the next action that I would take? **P.S. The VA associate finally reached the driver and after about ** mins. the driver finally understood the situation. Then ** mins later I was booked a new ride.** No matter I still want to know what is the next action i would take? ** Thank You, Dawn Culver
