Lyft, what the actual ****. I ordered a ride today at around * and there's no ******* record of it. The driver didn't indicate "Your Lyft has arrived" and I even tried to call him TWICE to ask him if he had arrived, didn't pick up, it all went straight to voicemail in Spanish. There was no notification of a cancellation either and the driver didn't wait the required * minute for me, forcing me to call another car. The route for this one was so ******* inefficient (going all the way to Franklin Square when **th St Station was IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION?!) that it made me miss my train. To be fair, this driver was smart and ignored the stupid app and tried his best to be efficient. The first driver however. WHAT THE ACTUAL ****, LYFT. Why do you keep hiring unprofessional, unresponsive drivers who make no attempt at communicating and WORSE, DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE THE APP TO NOTIFY THE RIDER THAT THEY'VE ARRIVED?! Are you for ******* real?
