My name is GinaSherman. I started driving for Lyft on Sunday August **,****. I was given an assignment and I took it. The navigation sent me to a parking lot of a church,and told me I was at the destination. I rechecked the information and the address was correct, but the location was not the same as the address. I had to cancel the ride. The same thing happened to me Monday August **,****. I was given the address but the navigation took me to the street but it was a different city. I was in Dallas, but called and found out it was the same address but it was in Desoto. Again,I called the customer apologizing, and asking her to call aand reschedule. What is going on? I have wasted a lot of time and gas, trying to locate these customers, can you help me out?
