The issue in GetHuman-laurelca's own words
On August **th my cousin and I wanted to go out for a night on the town. Since we knew we were both going to drink we used lyft. Our driver to our destination was so nice. However, the driver that picked us up at the end of the night was annoyed that we were tipsy. My cousin then started getting sick so she asked if we could pull over so she could get sick outside and not in the car. The driver kept acting so annoyed and hurried her. She still wasnt feeling good but he insisted she get back in the car and handed her a container that she could use if she got sick again. She did. She threw up in the container but it had holes in it and she got it all over the vehicle. He was so rude demanding I get him something to clean it with once we arrived at my home. He made her feel horrible for getting sick and making a mess IN the car! It would've never happened if he didn't hurry her or give her a container with holes in it. I was then charged a $*** cleaning fee. I told my bank it was a fraudulent charge and cancelled the card. I will not pay the cleaning fee or ever use lyft again. Please respond so we can resolve the issue
