A requested ride pick-up yesterday (****) was totally messed up because the driver went to the rear of my retirement building instead of to the entrance where I was waiting. This is the second time this has happened and I would like to know that this can be corrected before I ask for another ride. The pickup address is always given as ***** Dolores St., an address that is clearly marked on the wall in the front of the building on Dolores St. If the driver enters from the rear driveway which is not on Dolores, he seems to think I'll be there. There must be a way to clarify.**Patricia Scott
