On August **, ****, my driver was Genanaw and I did not enjoy my experience. That morning I had put my apartment complex for my pick up location because it wouldn’t be confusing as if I were to put my full address. When I was waiting, I had watched my driver pull up in front of my apartment complex sign and proceed to drive away. I then looked at the map to see where he was going to he made a complete circle around me. At this point I decided to stand on the side walk in front of my apartment complex sign so he would see it and me. Right as I saw the car he pulled into the hotel*plaza next to me and waited a few minutes before saying “Here.” I was frustrated and walked all the way over and got inside the car. As he was driving, he made quick movements and jerked the car side to side a few times. Almost at my desirination, he asked where too and I let him know where my saying the name of the place and how to easily pull up next to it. He then just did a uturn and went to the place I told him no too, therefore making me walk to my desitination. The place I was going as well was a big restaurant that was on its own. I did not enjoy my ride and it took way longer than it should of.
