The issue in GetHuman-djherron's own words
Molly dropped us off in the middle of no where. When I got a notification that she was outisde, I came out and Molly was no where to be found. So In this situation I called her multiple times and it went to voicemail. As a customer with lyft this is absurd. I had to run across the street to track her down and finally got in the car. At this point in time I asked why Molly did not answer my calls and she threatened to drop me off. I asked why, and she actually dropped me and my friends off in the middle of the road. Quote un quote she said “I’m am protected by law you can not **** me haha”. **Again, as a customer of lyft I hope you will resolve this situation.*I have chosen this company over Uber for multiple reasons and Molly treated me like a piece of trash when I respectfully asked why she didn’t answer my calls. Ultimate solution for her was to drop me and my peers off at Wells Fargo. Thank you
