Lyft Driver will refuses to give Phone back that was Lost Honda Odesey have know idea why waited for him to return it -- Lyft sent me an email stating they cannot locate Driver and I am out of Luck! Well I am Filing a Police Report it is now far as I am concerned Stolen by Lyft Driver and By Lyft!! This is now Theft!!

I am trying to get this Matter resolved by Lyft and get my Phone Back .... otherwise this is known as Theft it was lost fell out of my Bagon Back seat of the Lyft Driver's Car and all that he needed to do is find a way to return it to me when I reported this Phone lost on Thursday. I reported it immediately to Lyft -- found a Phone number in Nebraska Area Code for Lyft the Woman saw My Information and stated she would Contact the Driver and I also gave her an address where expected to have Phone returned to me ... she said that I should be able to Have the Phone back in an Hour or So. I waited nearly * Hours for this Driver to show up he never did. ... I have a Lyft Claim -- lost cell phone on a Ride on Thursday ** August **** and I am asking Lyft toi call right ASAP! At this Phone Number - ***-***-****. What is so difficult for them to do so? I want my Phone returned the Driver never showedup with it on Thursday as instructed. I am beginning to Think Someone at Lyft Stole it.
I need a way to communicate i have bad health and it makes it difficult with out a Phone if i need to get an Ambulance or such to call *** at the least. It is also, inconveniencing me because there are Phone numbers on this Phone that I will not be able to retrieve that easily. I also, Need phone for my Job it is now causing me a great hardship.
They can Pay for a new Cell Phone with my Carrier T Mobile. But I would like to have my own Cell Phone with the SIM Card in it (untouched) returned. Otherwise, I will go forth with a Supeona and Police Report to do everything in my power to get this Driver for theft. if Necessary!
I am fairly new to Lyft use. I have been told that the Drivers are Professional and excellent and very Honest. Well I beg to differ Now! Will never use Lyft again and I will not recommend anyone of my friends to use this Service either again.
Yes, I attempted again and again to Contact Lyft but to absolutely no avail.
