I had ordered a car for pick up at the Stamford Hospital, Old Hospital Entrance by Broad St., Carl Bennett Cancer*MRI Jaffe side. The Bennett Cancer Center was where the driver expected me. After waiting a few minutes, and realizing that some thing was wrong, I called the contact number to advise the person where I was located. I asked him to come by the appropriate entrance and then I hung up awaiting their presence. I waited another ** minutes and so, which made me wonder what had happened. The driver didn't even call me to figure out where he should rendezvous with me. I had just had back surgery yesterday and was hurting very badly. I was extremely upset that I had waited so much and couldn't even establish a relationship to communicate with individual.**I do not anticipate being charged for any part of this ride. I had taken another ride with one of your drivers and have had no problems that couldn't have been resolved. Please address this matter with the respective driver* and, I repeat, that there should not be any charges against my account.**Sincerely,**M.Rivera
