Sirs,**On June **, **** my vehicle was struct by a Lyft driver conducting business. We were contacted by Ashley Hewing from the "York Risk Services Group of Steadfast*Zurich Insurance Companies" on June **, ****.**Please review the timeline below. Copies of all emails are available if requested. We are very frustrated since we are unable to get ANY information back from Ashley since we were informed that our claim had been approved for reimbursement. **The timeline is as follows:*- Accident occurred **********- Contacted by Ashley Hewing of York Risk Services on ********* representing Lyft*- submitted all requested information on **********- multiple emails and calls to get information*- received correspondence on July **, **** stating that our estimate has been approved*- have not heard a thing despite multiple emails and calls since then**Extremely frustrating and very unprofessional handling of this incident. Emails are not returned, phone messages are not responded to or voice mail systems are full. **We are still awaiting final disposition of the funds to repair the vehicle and to obtain a rental vehicle while the repairs are being made.**If there is anything that can be done to bring this situation to the review of upper management, I'm sure it would benefit Lyft, York Risk Services and myself.**Regards,**Russell Walicki
