First I'd like to say, I enjoy the comfort of knowing my family and me can request a ride and your drivers are prompt. Some with good conversation and others that don't engage at all, to me customer service is everything, I've worked in customer service for years and I haven't had any complaints. Now getting to the situation at hand, I requested for a ride to take me from my home to the grocery store which is approximately *.* miles and takes an average of * minutes to get there. The promo for Monrovia, CA is .** cents until September *th **** **:** PM. Yet the rate I'm about to be charged is $*.** which I don't understand. Even when the promo is no longer in effect this pricing for that short of a distance is way too much also being the actual time it takes to get there. $*.** at the most but not $*.**. I understand the actual convenience and all but still too much. I appreciate your feedback and hope you share the same concern. **Sincerely**Stefanie Deamus
