I am trying to sign up as a driver. I have completed all requirements and I am ready to rent a car. Lyft has already charged my debit card ***$ for a deposit, but has not given me the info to rent a car. I have sent two requests for help, but nobody has responded to me. I need you to give me the info on how to rent a car or remove this deposit. I have been trying to get help from a real person for a week, but I have no luck. Are there any real people that work for this company? The robots aren't helping me very much.
