safely retreive money from atm not on foot and come home ... Ur driver was rude, abandoned my at first stop not even a mile from my home, the ride was for convenience, i was barefoot and the walk home was brutal, he didnt even wit * mins all i did was go to the atm and walkback out and he was gone, the ride was for safety when i pulled rent off the atm, he abandoned me and didnt wait not even * mins, i didnt even buy an item, no way i took too long. I want my money back and no way to CALL U.... which is enfuriting ur customer service is going downhill fast *** *** **** my name is Ashley deleted last name so not public call me asap .. phone on acct is *** *** **** email is *****@***.com
he left me with no shoes no phone and a pocket full of cash on foot which the ride was to prevent
i want a refund, he should not benefit from this and he needs to be trained on when he can leave when the drop off is back home, i believe the app says u have *-* mins, he could at least wait those
i book *-* rides a week and always tip cash and am nice and sweet
