I ordered Lyft to Mega Bus bus station ahead of time which means I would’ve gotten to the station on time. I dozed off and when I awoke I found that the driver continued driving, passed my stop and then asked “am I still getting dropped off?” Once we arrived at said destination, Princess continued to ride around the block stating that she thought I was going to Greyhound, but my request clearly stated my destination was Megabus bus station. The ride was originally $** now I’m being charged for $** because the driver did what she wanted to do. Due to the fact that I have now missed my bus and is stranded at the bus station, I feel that I am entitled to a refund of not only the ride but for my bus ticket as well. The driver’s name is Princess and drives a silver Toyota Avalon license plate CDY****.
