The issue in GetHuman996939's own words
When my lyft driver first came to my house, it was to pick up my husband, myself, and my * little dogs. First issue I have with the driver is, he told my husband to put the dogs in the trunk. Had I heard this. I would have gotten a different driver. His mistake was, he should have told us that he didn't want pets in his car and I would have called for a different driver. Once we got in the car, driver made us keep the dogs on the floor. During the entire ride to our destination, the driver was talking message under his breath. He was very rude and unfriendly. Once driver dropped us off, the driver and my husband had a exchange of words. The driver backed up his car, got out and threatened to have a physical altercation. We have been using lyft for almost * years and have never experienced anything like this. We've always gotten good reviews and given good reviews. I'm very upset and feel that I shouldn't have to pay for this ride.
