Hello for the *th time in the last few days my driver was attempting to take me is me to the wrong place which on their app is an hour away. Three out of the four times I was able to provide the proper directions to the drivers. Only because these were frequent pick up spots for me (my job and the store) Today my driver had the wrong directions. Unfortunately i was not aware that we were going the wrong way because on my app show the right way. But then we hit the turn pike and a was so scared....*I was only a ** min drive away. The driver had her child with her. The child confirm my address AGAIN... Yes ** mins away!!! What! I had them type my address into google maps. The driver still got lost and i was no help because I didnt know where we were either. I don't know my way around that area. For a ride that should have been less than a **-minute ride i was charged $**. I would like a refund and since this is not the first time that this has happened I think that it would be appropriate to either provide me with a discount on a few of my future rides or a few complementary rides . I would also like you to update my address with the correct direction. On the DRIVERS app as it technically should mirror what the passenger has. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance. Please response to me as soon as possible.
