I am a frequent user of lyft and have tried contacting customer service twice in the past with no response or acknowledgement. I preschedule my rides the night before as I use them to get to the airport twice a week. I have had several “no shows” and times where they are severely late which puts me in a bind in getting to the airport in a timely manner. I do leave relatively early in the morning, however, when it’s preschefuled, it shows the time I’m requesting and someone picks it up. Drivers should be held accountable when picking up pre scheduled rides despite the time, and at very least, have the courtesy to inform the customer they will not show up. At least then, I can have time to make other arrangements if necessary since it is a time critical matter. **Thank you,**CJ
