The issue in GetHuman-joannmie's own words
I was approved by LYFT to start working driving last week under my phone ****-***-****. I decidedl to buy new phone at tmobile where I purchased the first one. The agent helping me transfer the Lyft app to the new phone ***-***-****, asked me what my passcode was for my gmail I told him I did not remember so we made a new passcode entered it and then I was deactivated. I believe because Lyft now saw two accounts and I tried so many times to text and explain what happend they texted back and said it could be resoulved in ** hr but nothing happened. Tried calling it is very hard *To reach someone.There has to be a phone number to speak to an agent about issues of this nature.My documents and photos are all approved in my dashboard. I need to work.*PLEASE SOMEONE CALL ME.*THANK YOU, JOSEPHINE MIELE
