Dear lyft,**Today I made a mistake using the lyft ap and may have affected my drivers rating. It's my first day*time using lyft and I accidently selected a share ride function which was not really doable given as I had * big boxes and another person with me. I usually use uber but decided to try lyft as I have just moved to Toronto and my uber account was linked to a foreign card. I feel I may have inconvenienced my driver as he had not known and then lost two customers in the process. Our driver Kanan was courteous and calm despite what I can only imagine was a frustrating experience and it was understandable why he needed to stop our ride and let us out. I'm hoping that even though the other patron may have given him a bad review that you may look past this discretion as it is my fault not his.**Regards,*Andrew Howarth
