Tonight in Virginia Beach, VA , I requested a ride from Uber. Normally, I call for Lyft but in light that I need to clear some issues with Lyft and the so call agreement that one of your driver programmed for me. Here is what happened with a Driver call David who drives a Nisan Versa VZE***. David picked me up from the Bus Station at the Tide Water Community College in Virginia Beach. To make the story short this was my e-mail to Uber which I am sending this to you since I saw the sticker of Lyft on his window:** The fare is not the solution here. This driver called me stupid ****** get out of my car* you ugly and on top, he broke all my glasses that I just bought at the store in Chesapeake when he throw my bags out his trunk. As I stated if he continues as your driver, please let me know so I can erase Uber of my phone. He left me in the middle of the road, asking me if I wanted to drive. This was because I told him the best route to my house. He sounded like a mad person. Just the fact that he called me ugly when in fact I am not, tells me that he is a walking bomb waiting to explode with some deep issues. **I will let Lyft know of this experience with David since I am a Lyft rider. Please let me know how you would like to proceed with this animal so I can make my decision of not riding with Uber ever. **I will also inform my entire friends and colleague as well as other riders in the event that they come across this person. I have never seen such behavior in a driver. I was afraid since it was dark and he eyes looked at me like an animal out control. **Please don't send him out in the middle of the night especially with a female. **PS: I have never written anything like this about any of your drivers, female or male even though some have not been good. I rather not provide a rating. However, in this case, I consider my duty to inform you as well as others of this incident, it’s in writing so they can be alert. * **This e-mail was sent to Uber after a response that my fare was going to be reimbursed by Uber.
