I scheduled a ride for the morning of August **th. A driver accepted it the previous day. The morning of August **th, it showed the driver was en route. The driver, Jessica was driving around, never answered her phone and her estimated arrival fell well outside the scheduled time she accepted. Due to this, I missed my flight because I had to schedule another driver who was ** minutes away. I want to know how this is going to be handled. This is becoming a common occurrence and I have not complained until now since I missed my flight.
GetHuman-rxrep did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
