Hi, I'd like to report a driver. After we were paired up, his car position was stationary for over five minutes while I was waiting for him to pick me up. I then gave him a call, and he told me that "there are already four passengers in the car, so you'll have to cancel." Since that was a ridiculous excuse (he was driving for Uber at the same time), I told him that he was the one who should cancel, but he gave me another excuse that he won't be using Lyft anymore and did not care. **Ultimately, I had to cancel the ride (no penalty fee for me) because he did not.
