I am and have been a lyft driver for over * yrs. My name is joe terzo.*I would like to express my frustration with my working with lyft today.*I have recently started using the Sanford airport q system in getting rides from the Sanford airport SFO.*Today was nothing less than a complete waste of my time and effort! First issue is the close proximity of the parking lot while in the q. Any slight movement will prompt a warning timer letting you know you will be removed from the q. The q needs to be RELAXED a little.I had to drive around it several times before the system entered me in the q. After almost * hours of patiently waiting and reaching ** on the list , the q system started to give me a warning countdown that i had moved away from the q and was going to be removed! I had not moved my vehicle or phone from the appropriate parking the whole time that i was waiting for my turn!!. I desperately tried moving and re-navigating around the q parking lot .*It was no good. The warning timer ran down and i was removed from my ** spot! I tried again and was placed last at ***! It would be a great understatement to say i was upset with Lyft today!*Please excuse my venting and hope this matter will receive its due attention.
