I wanted to use Lyft today for the first time. I requested a ride at noon to be picked up in front of Davids Deli on Geary. There was plenty of white curb space for pick up and after receiving confirmation of my order, my husband and I stood on the curb waiting for an half hour. Dumb, I guess. The driver never came and then I started receiving messages that we were ** minutes and then ** minutes and so forth from our destination. The computer didn't realize that we hadn't been picked. We finally called Uber. I'm sorry our first attempt to use Lyft didn't go better.

Sent Lyft Help an email and they were very responsive and figured out the problem. All solved.
