I was waiting for a lyft driver at Jewel Grocery store and the driver never showed and now I am being charged. I attempted to call the driver several with no answer and left him a message that I was in front of the jewel grocery store. I feel I am forced to cancel lyft altogether and go with another company as it is impossible to reach lyft with a complaint. This is also to be attended with my relatives in Washington D.C. If you have zero regard for your customers, just say so. But I do think the public needs to be aware of this practice.
