I called for driver to pick me up on **thNW and Pennsylvania sts in Washington DC. Two different drivers never showed up but said that they were there. This happened around *:**-*:**. Finally I got a driver after * attempts. I am disputing the cost for the frist two drivers that never showed up. My name is Gwendolyn Thomas and my number is *** *** ****. If this matter is not resolved I will no longer use Lyft. Thanks.
