I requested a lyft. As soon as I requested it, the trip fee was taken out of my account. $**.**.Then the lyft appt told me, my driver had arrived, but she wasn't here. I was standing outside my apartment building, in the front and she didn't come in. I called her several times and she didn't answer. Then I get a $* cancellation fee. When she wasn't at the address I provided. Why was $** taken out of my account when I didn't take a trip

I went to GetHuma.com and filled out an complaint, detailing my issues and attached proof, then submitted it. About twenty minutes later, I recieved an emailed telling me it was fixed. A few hours later, my money deposited back into my account
